1. Introduction

Welcome to Nforme (“the App”). By accessing or using Nforme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

Nforme is a communication and alignment platform designed to help project managers share updates and collaborate with stakeholders across teams and organizations. It is not a full project management tool.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Nforme. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments, billing periods, and cancellations follow each store’s policies.

We do not store or process any payment information. All transactions are securely handled by the platform provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
• Transmit unauthorized or malicious content.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant Nforme a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and CCPA guidelines.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on services such as Firebase, Stripe, Apple, or Google. We are not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by these third parties.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the App’s security or users.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or error-free performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nforme is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
